摘要: 本工作研究了一种含钇的、在较低温一次烧结的SrTiO3 GBBL电容器材料,该材料具有制备工艺简单、有效介电常数频散较小、损耗较低等优点.

Abstract: SrTiO3 GBBL capacitor material containing Nb2O5, Y2O3 , Li2O, single sintered at 1120℃,was reported. The result shows the material has better dielectric dispersion and lower dielectricloss than usual SrTiO3 GBBL materials contaiming Li2O.
