摘要: 本文建立了二相粒子复合陶瓷的有限元模型,分析了模型内部的应力分布状况,并总结了二相粒子体积比Vp变化时的应力分布的变化规律,讨论了颗粒热膨胀系数αp与基体热膨胀系数αm的匹配关系变化时,复合陶瓷内的应力分布状况,在此基础上,对二相粒子复合陶瓷的增韧机理做了探讨.

Abstract: A plane finite element model was established for two-phase ceramics. The residual stress distribution in the model was analyzed, and the variation regularity of
internal stress along with the second phase particle’s volumetric proporation was given. The effect to residual stress was also discussed, which is caused by the
variation of relation between the thermal expansion coefficients of the matrices and the second phase particles, the difference between interface stress of theoretical
value and calculated one was discussed, and some viewpoints of toughness enhanced mechanism for this composite material were concluded.
