摘要: 本文对商用γ-Al2O3粉体预处理后,采用热压工艺,制备了高性能细晶粒纯氧化铝陶瓷材料,1450℃/30min热压获得晶粒尺寸为0.5μm、抗弯强度为500±45MPa;1550℃/30min获得断裂韧性为5.7±0.5MPa·m1/2的氧化铝材料.并对氧化镁添加剂的作用进行了研究:在1420℃/30min制备了相对密度为99.3%,抗弯强度为584±51MPa的氧化铝材料;并发现了氧化镁在氧化铝中的不同作用机理.

关键词: Fine-grained pure alumina ceramics were fabricated by hot-pressing process from a commercial γ-Al microstructure and hot-pressing temperature were discussed. Two kinds of alumina ceramics were obta, the particle size was about 0.5μm and its flexure strength was 500±45MPa at 1450℃/30min, and the other, fracture toughness was 5.7±0.5MPa.m1/2 at 1550℃/30min.
