摘要: 以TiO2超微粉为原料,采用焰溶法制备了金红石单晶体,并在不同的退火温度下,对晶体进行了氧化退火研究,利用紫外-可见分光光度计、红外谱仪等分析测试手段对晶体的光吸收性质进行了测试,此外,本文对微粉性状、生长气氛等对晶体生长的影响进行了探讨

Abstract: The rutile single crystals were groawn by Verneuil method with the raw material of the ultrafine TiO2 powder. The crystals were oxidized and annealed at different temperature for different time.The optical absorption of the crystals was investigated by means of UV-VIS, FT-IR. Moreover,the influence of the Powder characters and the growth atmosphere on the crystal groawth was also studied.
