The Laminated All-Solid-State Electrochromic Devices Using PEG-LiClO4 Gel Electrolyte

摘要: 本文在掺LiClO4与碳酸丙烯酯的聚乙二醇固体电解质离?子电导特性与WO3、NiO薄膜离子插入性能研究的基础上, 设计并制备了互补型WO3/NiO全固态电变色器件. 同时研究了该器件变色过程的循环伏安特性与不同状态的可见、近红外透过特性. 结果表明, 互补型的WO3/PEG-LiClO4-PC/NiO器件在可见与近红外均具有良好的电变色特性, 其漂白态在波长600nm的透过?率为70%, 着色态为20%.

Abstract: A prototype of the all solid state WO3/NiO complementary electrochromic device was designed and manufactured on the basis of the inverstigation on the ionic conductivity of polyethylene glycol gel eletrolyte doped with lithium erchlorate
and propylene carbonate, and the Li+ ion intercalation performance of sputtered nickel oxide and tungsten oxide thin films.
The electrochromic performances of the devices were studied by cyclic voltammetry and spectrophotometry. The results ndicated that the laminated WO3/PEG-LiClO4-PC/NiO complementary electrochromic devices have excellent electrochromic characters in
vis-nir region with the transmittance 0.70 in the bleached state at 600nm and 0.20 in the colored state.
