摘要: 本文选用纳米粉ZrO2,分别采用单一静电稳定机制、加入PEG的空间位阻稳定机制和加入PMAA-NH4的电空间稳定机制制备成2vol%的ZrO2水悬浮液,通过Zeta电位、沉降实验和粘度测定及粒度分析等手段,最终分别得到了酸性和碱性条件下的高分散、高稳定的ZrO2水悬浮液.

Abstract: 2vol% nano-ZrO2 aqueous suspensions were obtained by different colloidal stabilization mech-anism including single-electrostatic, steric (by PEG) and electrosteric (by PMAA-NH4). These suspensions were studied by means of Zeta potential measurements. Sedimentation experiments viscosity measurements and particle-size analysis etc. At last, we obstained that the highly dis-persed and stabilized nano-ZrO2 aqueous suspensions in acid condition and in alkaline condition.
