Ni-BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ金属陶瓷的氢渗透性能研究

Hydrogen Permeation of Ni-BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ Cermet

摘要: 研究了Ni-BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ(Ni-BCY)金属陶瓷在600~750℃间的氢渗透性能. 通过对具有不同体积比的Ni-BCY金属陶瓷样品的测试, 发现Ni含量达到25%时就可以得到电子-质子混合导体, 而体积比为30:70的样品具有最高的氢渗透速率. 不同厚度样品的研究表明: 对于Ni-BCY(40/60)体系, 厚度在0.6mm左右及以上时氢的渗透以体扩散为主, 而当厚度降至0.36mm及以下时改为表面控制为主.

Abstract: Hydrogen permeation ability of Ni-BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ(Ni-BCY)cermet with different Ni volume ratios were investigated at intermediate temperatures (600--750℃). The experimental results show that proton-electronic mixed conductors are formed when Ni volume ratio is up to 25%, and the hydrogen permeation rate reaches the highest when Ni volume ratio is 30%. The hydrogen permeation measurement results of Ni-BCY(40/60) cermet with different thicknesses indicate that the bulk diffusion controls hydrogen permeation when thicknesses of samples are above 0.6mm, however, as reducing sample thickness to 0.36mm or less hydrogen permeation is controlled by surface exchange process.
