摘要: 介绍了高质量Ca4GdO(BO33(GdCOB)、Ca4YO(BO33(YCOB)晶体的生长,报道了两种晶体空间方向的确定方法;对于该类低对称性非线性光学晶体的实用化具有推动意义.

Abstract: The growth of Ca4RO(BO3)3(R=Gd, Y) crystals with high optical quality was in- troduced. The method for determining the spatial direction of these two crystals was reported. The authors work is helpful for the further research and application of Ca4RO(BO3)3(R=Gd, Y) crystals, as well as other low-symmetric nonlinear optical crystals.
